1. HOW TO ORDER?
Most of our nail designs can be ordered as a set of 24 nails (Full Set) or 10 nails (Made to Order)
Full Sets: If this is your 1st time ordering press-ons from us, we recommend ordering a set of 24 nails. This way you don’t need to worry about sizing or measuring your nails. Full sets come with an assortment of all available sizes to achieve your perfect fit.
Made to Order sets come with 10 nails and made for your based on your custom sizing. Please know your nail size before ordering from this collection. You can find it using our Press-on Sizing Guide here.
We only use salon-quality materials for all our nails. Each order comes with a FREE Application Kit with everything you need to apply your nails immediately.
2. HOW TO APPLY YOUR PRESS-ON NAILS?
With a proper preparation of your natural nail beds our press-ons will stay on for a maximum wear time. Nail preparation is the key when it comes to press-ons.
3. PREPARATION & APPLICATION
1. Find the sizes that best fit your nails beds. Each nails has a tiny number on the bottom side. Lay them out in front of you in order. We provide you with 24 nails in each set.
2. Push back your cuticles, using the wooden cuticle pusher
3. Buff the surface of your nails to remove the shiny layer using the nail buffer from your application kit. This is a crucial step to assure the nail glue/tabs will properly adhere to your natural nails.
4. Use the alcohol wipe to wipe of any excess dust and oiliness form all your nails.
5. Apply adhesive tabs or nail glue on your nails. Place the nail on top, slide it to the edge of your cuticles hold down for 10 seconds. If using the adhesive tabs, makes sure to pick the right size for each nails.
6. Repeat on all fingers.
4. HOW LONG DO THE NAILS LAST?
With Nail Glue: When applied correctly nails will stay on for their maximum wear time. Proper nail preparation is always the key. Wear time: 2-4 weeks.
With adhesive tabs: Ideal for short-term wear. Over the weekend, for an event, or a night out. Minimizing direct contact with water makes them stay on longer. Wear time: 1-3 days.
Please avoid direct contact with water AND / OR cleaning products as much as possible. Wearing gloves when cleaning or doing dishes is recommended.
5. ARE THE NAILS REUSABLE?
Yes. With proper care, application and removal, our nails are totally reusable. Especially if using adhesive tabs to apply them.
If using glue to apply we recommend purchasing an affordable electric nail file (e-file) to remove any glue build up. E-files can be purchased on Amazon or Aliexpress for as little as $5. Use the e-file to gently buff away any glue residue on the back of the nails and re-apply
6. WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE NAILS MADE OUT OF?
We use only salon-grade soft gel nail tips for our nails (except for Long Almond & Ballerina).
All nails are handmade using only professional salon-quality UV gel polishes, base coats, matte / shinny top coats, pigments, charms, and stones. Based on the design, some nails are topped with hard gel for extra durability.
7. WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
Each order comes with a FREE Application Kit. Each Kit includes: 24 adhesive tabs, professional nail glue, nail buffer block, alcohol wipe and wooden cuticle pusher, and application instructions.
8. CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Yes! Custom orders are very welcomed. Please send us your ideas or reference/inspo pictures at sickkonails@gmail.com
9. CAN I REQUEST CHANGES TO EXISTING DESIGNS?
Yes! Since each set of nails is hand-made for you and you only, we welcome any reasonable requests of color, top coat, glitter, charms, or design change. Just leave us a note in the pop-up form that appears after you click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
Note: We currently cannot change the shape or length of our nails but you can choose from our standard variety of shapes.
Shapes available: Long Coffin, Long Stiletto, Long Ballerina, Long Almond, Medium Coffin, and Medium Square
10. PROCESSING TIME
All our nails, are handmade with care and attention to detail and they’re worked on in the order they come in. Please allow 3 - 6 business days for us to process (create) your nails.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping time depends on your location and isn’t included in processing time.
11. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME
Shipping rates & estimates depend on your location. We offer both, U.S. domestic & international shipping.
Domestic U.S. shipping is $5.99, shipped by USPS. Estimate delivery time 2 - 5 business days.
International shipping is $15.99 shipped by USPS. Estimate delivery time 7 - 11 business days.
These are only estimates and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible and pick the fastest, most reliable, and economical shipping providers.
Note ** If you would like to receive your nails faster please reach out to us via email to discuss an express or over-night shipping options.
Once your nails are shipped you will receive an email update with your tracking information.
12. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY NAILS?
Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time
13. EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products all sales are considered final. We do not accept exchanges or returns unless you received a wrong or damaged order.
When ordering Made to Order nails, please make sure you’re ordering the correct size as we are not held responsible when wrong size is ordered.
